ZHASHKIVSKY KABAN™ is an authentic craft beer of small-scale production for true appreciators of natural products. This is a genuine and sustained brewing process. These are exclusively selected natural ingredients of local origin: crystal-clear spring water from the ecologically clean subsoil of the Cherkasy region, which has an optimal mineral composition for everyday use, barley grown 150 kilometers from the city of Zhashkiv, and high-quality local malt. The best varieties of German hops, recognized by world standards, are added to the drink to achieve the authentic benchmark taste. The product does not contain artificial additives or surrogates, especially maltose molasses and sugar syrup.

ZHASHKIVSKY KABAN™ has a high density of substances in the initial brew (above 12%), medium and high alcohol content (4,1% and higher), an appetizing bitterness, vibrant color, flavor, and aroma. This results from applying the best world brewing practices, in particular, the sustained fermentation process and the absence of filtration.

The unfiltered regional beer ZHASHKIVSKY KABAN™ is very drinkable and perfectly matches traditional natural appetizers — farm cheeses and meat, which fully reveal its fragrant hoppy bouquet.

Currently, the brand’s range includes four popular varieties (types) of unfiltered craft beer brewed according to international standards, i.e. Lager, Amber, Blanche, and Black beer (available in draft beer chains).
