Sustainable development

As a Company that, throughout all its history, seeks to be an active participant in the social processes of Ukraine, we join the philanthropic, charitable, and volunteer movements. Its efforts as patron and benefactor New Products Group focuses primarily on the social sphere, such as helping the most vulnerable social groups, as well as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and cultural institutions, supporting numerous educational, cultural, and sporting initiatives, and initiating charitable projects aimed at improving the general well-being of society.

To maximize the effectiveness of implementing charitable, philanthropic, and volunteer projects, in 2014, the Company decided to create a Charity Fund “Nova Gromada”, which is set up to respond promptly to the needs of society. The main directions of the Fund’s activities are supporting the Ukrainian Army, philanthropic programs, and social projects, particularly in Zhashkiv, the Zhashkiv district, and the Cherkasy region, where the Company's main production facilities are located.

The Fund collaborates with educational and social institutions, procures equipment, and supports veterans, people with disabilities, the elderly, and residents of the Zhashkiv region facing difficult life circumstances.

Since the start of the full-scale war, the Nova Hromada Charitable Fund has significantly expanded its support for the military. It provides frontline troops with food supplies and the company’s products, supports territorial defense forces, and contributes to fundraising initiatives led by other foundations. In 2022, in particular, pickup trucks were delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, continuous supplies of water, energy drinks, and snacks were ensured, and financial contributions were made to several foundations, including the Serhii Prytula Foundation, Lazar Foundation, and Come Back Alive Foundation.

In partnership with DonorUA, the Fund supplies blood donation centers and hospitals with PRYRODNE DZHERELO™ water. The NON STOP™ Military energy drink, specially labeled “not for sale,” is provided free of charge exclusively to Ukrainian soldiers on the front line. The company deliberately refrains from disclosing detailed information about its assistance, while consistently reporting on the fact that such support is being delivered.

Education became another major focus area in 2025, with the Foundation funding educational infrastructure upgrades, purchasing computer equipment, specialized software, and sports gear, alongside financing facility renovations totaling over 560,000 UAH.
