PRYRODNE DZHERELO™ became the official partner of the symphony music concert performed by Kyiv Baroque Consort!
This event had turned out to be not only a musical event, but also a unique cultural experience for the audience, as the interior dating back to the 17th century (the concert was held in the historical building of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra) created an incredible atmosphere and made the sound even more impressive. PRYRODNE DZHERELO™ treated the audience to Artesian mineral water.
At the beginning of the event, acting Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Rostyslav Karandeyev and Minister for the National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government of the Republic of Malta Dr Owen Bonnici made their opening speeches. Rostyslav Karandeyev pointed out that in the most difficult times for the country, art becomes a source of inspiration, it unites and makes the nation even stronger. Dr Owen Bonnici expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people who had been fighting for their independence and cultural heritage. He noted that Ukrainian culture has a very long history and it is undoubtedly part of European culture.
As the name implies, Kyiv Baroque Consort is a creative project that performs mainly baroque music. Kyiv musicians perform under the direaction of the Italian conductor Nancy Milesis Romano. The audience was greatly impressed by “Stabat Mater”, a prayer full of pain and hope composed by Girolamo Abos (1715 – 1760). This piece of music seems to reflect the grief and pain of modern Ukraine, which, like the Mother of God, who gave her own son, gives her children for the freedom of the Ukrainian people. But Antonio Vivaldi’s dynamic and energetic “Gloria” (1678 –1741) became an anthem of positivity and victory.
PRYRODNE DZHERELO™ presents mineral water extracted from artesian springs located in pollutant-free regions of Ukraine. The brand sponsors art events held in Kyiv on an ongoing basis.
